It won't take long anymore before the journey to Canada starts (just two weeks to go!) . The flight from Schiphol Airport to Vancouver takes about 9,5 to 10 hours. You understand that that such a long flight calls for a jetlag. I found myself a solution for that problem two years ago and successfully executed it: because for the ourward journey as for the return trip to Costa Rica and Thailand I experienced no jetlag.
