Dubrovnik - Kotor - Dubrovnik (day 14)

This morning we went to Kotor in Montenegro, after having breakfast. Which is about two hours driving, Remakably enough it was quite easy to cross the border (Montenegro isn't an EU-country). From the border it's a ride along the coast around a giant bay, that takes about an hour to reach Kotor.

Kotor is an old fortified city, which was first mentioned in the first century before Christ. Once we arrived we walked through the old fortress, and we took some photos from several old buildings, and we had some lunch on a bench in the shade on a picturesque square. In Kotor we faced a remarkable amount of cats and even five kittens at our lunch spot. Fine entertainment during the lunch! :) After lunch, we walked some more through the old fortress until we had enough of it (it was 30°C today), so we walked back to the car to make the return trip to Dubrovnik in Croatia. Once arrived back in Croatia we first did some groceries, and then we drove back to the apartment. Once arrived back at the apartment we relaxed a bit and had to cool down from the heat. Next we cooked some food and had a lovely dinner. The rest of the evening we had nothing to do. Tomorrow we will take it easy as well, hopefully we will be more lucky when it comes to snorkeling!
