After already the last breakfast on Thai soil, once again in the hotel room I packed up the last things in my suitcase before we checked out. Outside the taxi, which we ordered yesterday in advance was already waiting. After about an hour driving we arrived at the airport where we dropped the luggage, passed the security check and continued to the gate. About 45 minutes later we could board the airplane, and then it was 11 hours and 45 minutes flying to Schiphol Airport.
Today was already the last day in Thailand unfortunately... This morning we had breakfast in the hotel room once again. After that we wanted to go to Dusit Palace Park and Suan Phakkad Palace Park. We walked out of the hotel onto the streets to take a taxi which can take us there. But upon arrival it turned out both are closed, double down on luck... And the day had just started! All and all we were in the taxi for more than an hour for about 15 euro, how 'expensive'!
This morning my dad brought us some breakfast from the 7-Eleven, so we ate it at the table in our room. After breakfast, we would be picked up by a taxi booked in advance who would bring us to the floating market. It is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Bangkok. This (overpriced joke) was quite funny to experience it, with the old ladies rowing their boats and selling their trades or preparing meals. This tour (with a long tail boat) takes about one hour.
