Bangkok - Amsterdam (day 20)

After already the last breakfast on Thai soil, once again in the hotel room I packed up the last things in my suitcase before we checked out. Outside the taxi, which we ordered yesterday in advance was already waiting. After about an hour driving we arrived at the airport where we dropped the luggage, passed the security check and continued to the gate. About 45 minutes later we could board the airplane, and then it was 11 hours and 45 minutes flying to Schiphol Airport.

Remarkably this flight went by so fast! I've entertained myself on board with some movies, music, flight information and of course looking out the window from time to time. We arrived safe and sound (and jet lag free) in the (ice cold) Netherlands, where we could pick up our luggage again and took the train to Purmerend and the last part by car homewards! Once home again we could immediately watch how Ajax simply won their match (although I had some trouble staying awake, seen that I was very tired from travelling). After the last whistle I went to my (own!) bed to sleep, where I woke up after a great but short night (around half past 5 / 6 o'clock). Way too early for a Sunday! I might as well write the last part of the blog about this vacation, since I couldn't get to it... ? The upcoming days I will be busy sorting out and upload the photos and videos on my website, so say tuned! I hope you are looking forward to it... Anyway I would like to thank you once again for following my adventures, until the next one!
